CPN

Company

CPN was founded in 1994 and it was among the first companies of distribution and merchandising from Romania. In the past 13 years CPN offered its clients well known brands with an international awareness like: Scotch Brite, Durex, Energizer, Scholl.

1994: The company starts its activity under the name of Plurifarm, member of the AD Pharma holding, with a staff of 60 persons that represent the sales division. One of our first partners was 3M with the Scotch Brite brand.

1996: The company changes its name into Farmactiv. In the company’s portfolio is added Durex, market leader in its segment, Seton Scholl products (50 % share market by value, 70% ponderated distribution). The next important client added to our portfolio was Energizer, number 2 on the international battery market. This is the year when the FMCG and HoReCa divisions are created.

1997: Farmactiv takes over the distribution of Tork products through the HoReCa division.

2002: Farmactiv evolves from the division status to a juridical entity, maintaining its place as a member of AD Pharma holding. This is the moment when the firm becomes known as CONSUMER PRODUCT NETWORK. CPN enriches the portfolio with new brands such as Halls and Vita C (Cadbury brands).
